To select an item on the menu you may do one of the following actions:

Click with your mouse

Use the TAB key to move to it, then press the Enter key

Use the quick key to move to it, then press the Enter key

( To find out what the quick key is then hover over the menu item with your mouse, or look for the single capital letter in the menu word or phrase.)

This website is designed so that each page should be easy to view on your screen and fit on an A4 page of paper.

To go to another page you must select one from the two menu bars just below the top logo and pictures.

If you hover your mouse over a picture or menu item then a short message of help or explanation will pop up.
