Notes - Borde Hill Management reserves the right to close fishing on selected days. Anglers who break any of the rules may be expelled by Borde Hill staff or their authorised representatives. No responsibility will be accepted for loss or damage to equipment or cars or injury to any person.

Rules
 - All anglers must hold an E.A. licence
 - Maximum 2 rods per angler
 - Keep nets are allowed only in matches
 - Only barbless hooks may be used
 - All fish to be put back alive into water
 - Bait Bans: Nuts & Beans
 - Left over baits not to be thrown in
 - No litter. Each angler to be responsible for clearing away any litter at the peg they are fishing.

    

 
 Lakes and Fishing

Set in 120 acres of the South Park at Borde Hill there are two coarse fishing lakes and a children's pond.

 

Robertsmere was built in 1989 as a U shaped lake covering just over 3 acres and has space for 40 people to fish. Top catches in pounds are Carp 29.5, Tench 6.5, Perch 5, Chub 3.5, Roach 2.5, Rudd 2, match weight 86.5.

 

Harry's Lake was built in 1991 this 30 peg lake covering an area of just over an acre of the old Ghyll. Top catches in pounds are Carp 17.5, Tench 4.5, Perch 3.5, Roach 1.5, Rudd 1, Chub 2, match weight 97.
