Borde Hill
Barden is hosting a Motocar Gathering on 6th June when it will
welcome an extensive collection of vintage cars dating pre-1970.
Visitors can admire the classic motors displayed in the Garden
before visiting the ancient woodlands or enjoying a picnic in the
peaceful, shaded areas by the lakes in the South Park.
Borde Hill Garden is inviting anyone who owns a pre-70’s vehicle to take part in this exciting event and display their vehicles against the stunning backdrop of its Grade II* listed garden and parkland. The event is free to enter for all pre-70s vehicles and occupants. Families are welcome and can enjoy the award winning gardens and playground area during the day for a discounted entry price. Participants wishing to register should telephone 01444 450326 or email: emma@bordehill.co.uk.
Visitors to Borde Hill Garden can enjoy the Motorcar Gathering display at no extra cost to the usual entrance fee: £7.50 per adult, £6.50 Senior Citizens and £4.50 per child.
Everyone can take refreshments at Café Elvira which offers morning coffee, scrumptious afternoon teas, homemade lunch dishes, mouth watering toasties, and plenty of healthy options for children.
