Host a meeting at Borde Hill Garden

Making Borde Hill your own

We welcome conferences, meetings and corporate events

Our 16th century Elizabethan mansion has period rooms dating up to the Edwardian age and provides a unique setting for board meetings, conferences and private client entertaining.

After your work ends, make use of our Trophy Room for a seated dinner (theatre or cabaret style) for up to 70 people, or opt for something a little more intimate in our stunning Dining Room which comfortably accommodates 20 guests.

Our wonderfully decorated marquee can be privately hired and can accommodate up to 80 people. Instead of a break out room, your clients or team can enjoy getting out into the fresh air and exploring the Garden, to reawaken the senses and promote wellbeing.

Please contact us with your requirements and we will happily build the perfect package for your day.

Location Shoots

Available all year for photography or film shoots

Sweeping Parkland, rugged Woodland and 13 beautiful ‘garden rooms’ means Borde Hill has a wealth of unique locations available for hire for filming, photoshoots and product launches.

Group Visits

Whether visiting with a large group of friends or a group of fellow plant lovers, we can cater for all. We offer pre-booked group talks and tours with expert guides around our Garden and have a varied event programme on offer throughout the season.

For those looking for something extra, we’ve teamed up with a selection of neighbouring Sussex attractions to offer contrasting day packages to groups of 15+ people.

Garden Map

View a map of our nationally important English country Garden. Most paths in the formal Garden are step-free and accessible to those with restricted mobility. However, there are some steps and steep slopes which are indicated on the map.

There are plenty of benches located around the Garden for relaxing and taking in the sights should you want to stop for a rest.
