Delicious food and drink to tempt your taste buds, including stalls, demonstrations, family fun and live music from The Grand Central Trio between 12noon-2pm… the perfect Father’s Day out!
A wonderful celebration of the best Sussex food and drink producers, featuring approximately 27 hand-selected stalls showcasing the best of Sussex fayre.
There will be a programme of demonstrations, talks and live music to include Bangers Galore making delicious traditional sausages, hear the story behind Ditchling Gin, and listen to The Grand Central Trio providing live music between 12-2pm, with great swing classics, Latin tunes and cool pop arrangements.
Tempt your taste buds with delicious woodfired pizza from The Landoughver, Greek delicacies from Souvlucky, cooling locally made ice-cream from Latchett’s Farm, and light bites from The Gardeners’ Retreat Café.
The event will be held in a marquee on the South Lawn, in front of the Elizabethan Mansion.

Bangers Galore – David a.k.a. ‘Sausage Maker of the Year’ will demonstrate traditional sausage making with delicious tasters and a fresh meat counter offering bangers and other tasty treats to enjoy at home. They make them, you bake them!

Ian Dowding – ‘From Banoffi Pie to Fish Bananas’ – A talk about the history of The Hungry Monk where Ian created the famous Banoffee Pie.

Vicki Ponsford from Sidnye Flowers will be demonstrating simple flower arrangements picked from her very own cutting patch, including tips and tricks on how to grow your own.

‘A Spirit to Lift the Spirit’ – Inspired by the history of the local Arts and Crafts movement and foraging with our families on the South Downs for local ingredients mixed with the UK’s best grain spirit.
