Nature for Wellbeing – Mandala Yoga on the South Lawn, with Keren Ghitis
Unwind from the stresses of everyday life whilst experiencing the tranquility of the Garden in a truly unique way. This one and a half hour outdoor yoga session will take place on the South Lawn prior to the Garden opening to the public.
The session will lift your spirits and help you find inner peace using poses and shapes inspired by nature and the beautiful garden surroundings. It will begin with individual yoga, moving into poses with another participant, finishing with group yoga.
After the session, you will be able to stay and enjoy the Garden at leisure.
Prior experience is not required; beginners welcome.
Keren Ghitis is a Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapist and a yoga teacher.
In the event of wet weather, the yoga session will take place inside the Garden Marquee.
