Nature for Wellbeing – Meditation for Peace with Keren Ghitis
As part of our 2020 Wellbeing Programme, experience the tranquility of the Italian Garden in a unique way whilst contemplating what matters to you.
Enjoy exclusive private access to the Garden before it opens to the public for a special meditation, activity and nature morning to mark the International Day of Peace.
The magical grounds are the perfect place to stop, reflect and experience the peace we wish for ourselves, our families and community. At the end, participants will be given a small plant to take home; a living, growing reminder of the day. You will also be able to stay and enjoy the grounds.
This one and a half hour event will include meditation and other mindfulness based activities.
Please bring cushions to sit on.
Prior meditation experience is not required; beginners welcome.
