Nature for Wellbeing – Meditation for Peace with Calli Popham
Experience the beauty of the Italian Garden in a unique way, while finding inner calm and peace.
Enjoy exclusive access to the Garden before it opens, for a special meditation session surrounded by bird song and tranquillity. The magical grounds are the perfect place to stop, reflect and experience the peace we wish for ourselves, our families and community. At the end of session, guests can enjoy fresh juices and healthy snacks and will be able to stay and enjoy the grounds.
This 45 minute session will include meditation and other mindfulness based activities.
Prior experience is not required; beginners welcome.
Calli is a Senior Yoga Teacher, who teaches a fluid, playful and embodied yoga style, focusing on bringing you home to yourself on every layer. She is passionate about yoga being accessible for everybody and believes that no one alignment fits all, encouraging students to enquire and move from a place of playful exploration.
