‘Spirit of Rose’ – Drink Infusion Workshop – use floral and herbal botanicals from the garden in your drinks and cocktails.

Discover how to use flowers and aromatic herbs to make infusions for your alcoholic drinks. Take a walk round the formal garden at Borde Hill with Sussex forager Sarah Watson and gather rose petals to make your own fragrant summer gin or vodka infusion to take home.

A cocktail-making demonstration and tasting will give you inspiration and tips for using foraged and garden botanicals in infusions and cocktails. You’ll also get ideas for using the infusion you make as an ingredient for mixing your own drinks at home.

Everything will be provided for you, although you may want to bring your own pen and notebook.

No experience necessary, open to all.

Includes: 1 x 200ml bottle of infused spirit to take home, a taster cocktail in the garden, a cocktail recipe, and a Garden walk , so please dress for the weather.

Dogs are not allowed at this event.
