Nature for Wellbeing – Vinyasa Flow Yoga on the South Lawn with Calli Popham
Unwind from the stresses of everyday life whilst experiencing the tranquillity of the Garden in a truly unique way, with exclusive early morning access. This one hour outdoor yoga session will take place on the South Lawn prior to the Garden opening, and will be followed by fresh juice and a locally-made healthy snack where guests can get guidance and inspiration from Calli.
The session will lift your spirits and help you find inner peace using poses and shapes inspired by nature in a beautiful garden setting. After the session, you will be able to stay and explore the Garden at your leisure.
Prior experience is not required; beginners welcome.
Calli is a Senior Yoga Teacher, who teaches a fluid, playful and embodied yoga style, focusing on bringing you home to yourself on every layer. She is passionate about yoga being accessible for everybody and believes that no one alignment fits all, encouraging students to enquire and move from a place of playful exploration.
